Thanks for the replies. I'm really starting to like this place! 
It's plugged, the light on the dash lights up. 
However, I didn't think about the fuse. Where can I find this fuse?
Yes, the light on dash should light up. Check the plug under that switch, it's probably unplugged. (mine was) You mentioned that someone had installed a phone in the car so I have a feeling that it was not plugged back in the switch. And as for the cig lighter, just check the fuse. Good luck and welcome to CL.

Here are some new pics.
I'm diggin' the yellow fogs
Not the same plate on front & rear, don't worry that's normal
The seats are actually black, but with the sunset they look a lil bit reddish.
Rear seats
The lil hole in the dash, I filled it with black silicon for now...
Does anyone have another solution to fix this?
