1998 gs 300 tilt/telescopic wheel
I have a 1998 gs 300 with tilt and telescopic steering wheel. The telescopic portion always works fine, but the tilt portion only works when it is hot outside. Even when it does work when it is hot, it sounds like it is laboring to make the wheel tilt. So, I do not think it is a fuse problem, but rather, maybe a motor problem of some sort. Any help would be appreciated.
