Headlight assembly removal...
I do I remove my headlight assembly out of my 94' GS300? I undo the 2 bolts for each, am I missing some? But they won't come out, the inside part seems to swing out slightly, but the outside part (the half nearest the corner) doesn't want to move. Also the bolt that is on the very inside of the headlight, seems to be under another piece of metal that is part of my bumper. I know I am doing a very poor job of explaining this, sorry.

Yeah, I am only 20, I go to school at UWM, but during the summer I am back in Pewaukee. So there is a good chance you may have seen me. It is VERY rare to see our model car around, I see lots of gen2 but very rarely see a 1st gen.

Did you get your headlight out?
There is a bolt on the inside that you have to get to through the front of the wheel well. It is easiest accessed by turning the wheel all the way in and removing the wheel well inserts. If I remember correctly it is a 10mm. Use a deep dish socket and a 12" socket extension. That thing is a real pain in the a$$. I cut the ***** out of my wrist the first time.
Are you going to try taking apart the assembly and clear/clean the inside? I've been wanting to try it, but have been chickening out.
Hows the turbo running?
