Depending on how low you are planning on going, you probably will have to shave the rear fender lip. That set up is a couple mm more aggressive than my 20X9+32 and 20x10+30. I don't rub up front but I had to shave half the fender lip (Right up to the screws) for clearance. I'm only lowered 1.1" in the rear and 1.5" up front. I'm aligned to factory specs though, and running 235/30 front and 265/30 rear. I'm going to change my front tires to 245/35/20 soon.
