I agree, that was the most complicating part when installing the SRT

disconnect battery prior to install and post install go out and drive it like you stole it for 20 min or so as the car "learns"

sorry, but that sounds like a really stupid idea. why wouldn't you wait until you got home to install it? Why take that risk in the event you screw things up, then you're stuck. Not that you're going to, since installing a cold air system is pretty straightforward, but I don't think I've ever screwed things up while working on them with the intention of screwing it up, it just happens. And always seems to happen right after the parts shop closes. Or happens when I need a specific tool I don't have.

would you mind scanning or taking a pic of the wiring diagram? When I installed mine, I followed the diagram... I took it off and now would like to reinstall. It's weird how it's labeled, give swift or email tech support. TIA

Install is pretty straight forward and you will know if you did not do something right long before you leave for TN (car will either not start or run like crap with CEL's). When installing the ECU, be sure to solder your connections. I would hate for you to get half way home and a crimp shake loose leaving you stranded. Do it right the first time. G/L!!!!

I know it's off topic. I'm just curious if the SRT intake smog legal?
