use your emergency jack to jack it high enough and then slide a floor jack under to jack the rest of it up.

I have someone lift the side of the car up as high as they can until I slip the low profile jack under. haha...j/k. I use this: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=67045. If that won't fit under, then 2x4's.

Yep, that's the way to go. I use a big jack to i would get 2 would plates and jack them up afterwards.
