I wish I could get anywhere NEAR the numbers you guys are getting. 
I'm averaging SUV milage right now. about 18 mpg at most. I drive about 80 constantly, maybe thats why?

Try an experiment - never go above 75, and keep it between 70 and 75 for a full tank. I think you'll be shocked by the improvement.

Brake less, coast more, don't speed, and keep your GS well maintained. In stop and go traffic on the freeway, looking a couple cars ahead of the car your behind gives you the opportunity to anticipate the timing of the braking pattern of the cars in front of you, which allows you to coast more and not accelerate unnecessarily. I hardly brake on the freeway and people love following me. 
BTW, keeping your tires properly inflated is crucial for steady and consistent coasting and better mileage. It's analagous to riding a bike with flat tires or properly inflated tires; you will expend more energy keeping the flat-tired bike up to speed.
If you're lowered, then it gives you a hell of a good reason to drive slower in side streets, so lower your Lex. It will save you gas.

sigh once again... every time i read one of these i think more and more of a hybrid lol.

city driving - 240-250 a full tank before the light turns on no matter how i drive spirited or grandpa style.

Yes, driving 80 will drive the economy in the crapper. It can be fun periodically, but the car gets about 15% worse fuel economy going from 55-65, but ironically, gets quite good gas mileage just below 75, which is where I try to keep it on the freeway. Nice that it puts me right below the range for photo radar cameras, too, but I don't want to drive much faster than that most of the time anyway.

I have an 01 GS3
I just filled a full tank of 91
I got 307 for the fill up(I filled 16gallons,I had 15miles left on it till empty)
After about 10miles or so till I got home
I Averaged 26mpg(city) Driving speed limit
I usually Average 17.8mpg with my normal driving(not driving speed limit)
(on M with pwr button on)
It was nice to know if I drive like an old man my gas will last more then 4day
