Exclamation Need camber help now! Urgent!

Hi guys I need help. Just brought my car over to the dumbasses at Firestone in West Covina. I got the lifetime alignment thinking they would screw up and they did. The caster is bad but I think that's not adjustable. I'll have to get new caster arms, that's fine. But evidently, the right rear camber was to too negative, they got it in spec. But now they made the left front too negative. I came home to get confirmation that the front was adjustable because the guy that did it tried to say it wasn't. It went from -0.4 to -1.0, and the manager clown was like well the machine just had a variation in reading but we didn't change it. Well I guess I paid them $140 to just adjust the rear camber. I was like wtf, I'm pissed that once they got my money they didn't care at all to fix it. Hopefully I can get a pic or description of where the camber bolt is so I can go back in today and show the dumbasses where it is so I can make them fix it.

Did you just get the lifetime adjustment or did you have it already? Please do give us the outcome when you go back there.

I got the lifetime one because I plan to replace some components in the future and as insurance in case they mess it up. Which they did. So what is the part called a camber bolt. I want to know what to call I show them.

I didn't hear you say anything about if your car was dropped and by how much. Camber will never be in spec once you reach a certain drop point. The camber adjustment bolt could be adjusted to the limit and then that's it.

When the alignment guy said he couldn't adjust it, could he have meant that the adjustment was already "maxxed out" and therefore couldn't be adjusted any further?

I thought someone would ask about being lowered. I didn't want to make the op longer but I am on an all stock suspension. I just re-scheduled an appointment for tomorrow and yes I got the lifetime one for this very reason. I was just really pissed because the manager type guy was like, "well it rides straight" when I asked him about the numbers. I had to ask for the spec sheet, I am sure he was hoping I wouldn't ask for it because he knew it wasn't right. Not to mention, I sat there for like 15 min after my car was done as he chatted it up with some coworkers. Avoid the Firestone shop on west covina parkway.

When I asked the manager about it he was in front of the guy that supposedly did the work. The guy said "I didn't do anything because there is no camber adjustment for the front." It was actually in spec before they worked on it.
