Default CEL code P0141 on 2000 GS3

I have been looking up the old posts about this, but still unclear as to the exact part needed. I believe the part needed for this code (P0141 Bank1 Sensor2 failure) is Denso 234-4626. When I started looking online at Autozone, Amazon, Oygensensors.com, I got conflicting info on if this is pre or post cat. Anyone know if this is the part I need to clear this code?

So from this pic (from a diy on this site), Will the Denso 234-4626 replace the sensor circled in yellow in the picture?

Thanks

Thanks man, waiting for the sensor to come in and will install. Will report results. You know I did put a can of BG44k and then got this code. Do you think it is possible that BG44k caused this sensor to fail?

I installed the sensor! Wow, feels great saving $300 from the toyota dealer! the only trouble I had was the sensor was really screwed in there, wd-40 helped loosen her up. Replacement was a breeze. Thanks for all the tips.
