i had a pair of 225/35/19 put on 19x9" wheels but didnt trust them, they have a tiny sidewall. if you are needing every last millimetre of clearance they might be good but otherwise i wouldn't trust them.
i had a mate run i think it was 235/35 on a 10" with -5 camber and he had a blow out and they had loads of bubbles on the sidewall within about 2.5months of driving. He also has a mate that works in a tyre store and said htey do have issues with them on normal fitment too sometimes.
also had a mate running 225/35 on a 9" on an Accord with -3 or so camber up front and he got bubbles in both within about 2-3 weeks!
Both guys were running 40-45psi monitored regularly.
A similar tyre that has a more 'normal' sized sidewall is Neuton N5000 so they may be worth a go. they are also Indonesian made.
For cheapness i like Nexens if you can get them in your size. But you cant get them in a 225/35/19 which is why i tried the Achilles. The Achilles also looked odd on my car since my fronts are a bit sunken so they looked 'small' on the car from the side. I ended up going for Marangoni but theyre a bit more expensive since theyre Italian. They run pretty big and chunky too...their 225/35 runs almost wide as the 235/35 Nexen N3000 i had on there before, and it has larger tread chunks on the outer edge of the tyre
