Horizontal Headlight adjustment Help
I recently installed HID D2S 9006's for my low-beams...
What I noticed is its very easy to adjust the vertical bolts.
But the 'B' bolts for horizontal adjustment are buried so deep into the fender panels and part of the frame is in the way so you can't get a socket in there.
When I checked the positon to '0' one light (passenger side) was dead-on.
But my driver side is way out of whack. How could it have gotten so far away from the '0' mark. I can't even get in there to adjust.
I tried using a 8mm open-end wrench and dropped it into the engine/wheel cover area down below and it has magically disappeared. Even when I was able to get the wrench on the bolt there isn't much room to swing the wrench.
How do I get in there and adjust my horizontal bolt???
And how could horizontal setting be so off from the factory setting '0'?
You can see the horizontal setting by flashing a light into the headlight housing from the outside in...
I have a 2000 GS300 non-HID..
