im curious to why my car sometimes makes whizzing sounds on start ups.. not when its cracking but when the engine turns over it makes a whizz for a split second...

i say it happens sometimes cuz it doesnt happen all the time. maybe 2 outta 5 starts it whizzes and the other 3 it sounds fine when it turns on.

suggestions? could it be that some douche bag didnt install the starter correctly? or didnt use OEM parts?

that happens on my old is300 and my girlfriend is300. I think it's the radiator fan...

I had that whizzing noise before.... starter was my issue.
