Default Remote Lock Question

When I lock my 01 GS300, the doors lock but there is no light flashing and no sound. I guess the previous owner changed it.

I want to change it back to the default setting, but the manual doesn't have that instruction. Do you know how to do it?

Thanks for your help.

Make sure all your doors are actually locking. A failed actuator will not flash or
sound when u press lock. To test lock all four doors manually then press your remote lock button, if it beeps and flashes---u got yourself a problem.

Thank you so much. That was exactly what happened! Now I realize in the last few months everytime I locked the car I only locked three doors. The passenger side rear door was never locked!

Now I am reading the actuator DIY threads...

Yes, mine now will flash after I manually lock the door and keep it locked. But it will not flash if the door is unlocked and you attempt to lock by the remote.
