Actually doesn't really surprise me.. Looks like the 2 previous owners didn't really care/or know how to maintenance the vehicle plus the couple quirks seem to be pretty common, regardless of the mileage, according to what I've been reading on the forum. I'm the complete opposite, I definitely care about maintenance and keeping the car looking/running nice. The filter in the glovebox was dark grey and caked with dust. The 2nd owner had this car as one of 6. No wonder it only got 1300 miles put on it in 2 years lol Sitting in the AZ heat doesn't help either. Thanks for the welcome everyone, and I'll get some pics up soon. I have a lot going on right now, so when I get a couple mins I'll put them up. Once again it's nice having a resourceful and active community.

Cool, I'm in north Mesa. I hear ya, I'm in the same boat. I don't make it out as often as I'd like to but when I can, its always a good time. Hopefully we'll catch you soon at one of the meets.

BTW, just in case you don't know yet, we have Wednesday night meets on the first and last week of the month in addition to the weekend meets.

I hear ya there about the AZ heat. Being from Minnesota where winter salt eats away cars, I was happy to find out my 2nd Lexus was originally from Arizona, but I could tell the leather wasnt as soft and supple as my 1st one due to the crazy heat and sun of AZ.

Now Im on my 3rd one, but newer generation. The leather is soft and the windows are tinted.
