I've also been lookin for about a year now and i'm pretty sure that price can be talked down to around $13k-$14k. Eventhough $15k is a an ok deal, depending how clean and maintained it is...

83k miles...I'd get 'er lower. Sounds like a nice rig, though. Better to pay a smidge more than you hoped to get a babied car IMO.

Trading in your car is never a good idea -- sell it outright and buy the 430 separately.

See what deal you get first for trading in your car... If its worth it and they are willing to budge a bit on their pricing for the 03, and it would compensate for your trade in lossed value, then go for it man... Good luck!

You will loose on a trade in. Sometimes though...its just worth not having the aggravation of trying to sell the car yourself.
Pics please!

sell that bad boy and buy the gs430, but do realize it could be sold before you sell your car, so are you willing to search for one if this goes??

Sell the 300 privately, then add to the loot you get, then go cop the 430. Trade in's always get low balled to the point where you give them your car nearly for free.

15K is not an outrageous price for a super clean, well maintained 430 with 83K. Lowering the price down would be better, but it's not a total deal breaker. It may not be around if you have to wait awhile to sell your car first tho(btw where is it? ). If you can't buy it first then sell your GS3 afterwards and you don't want to risk loosing it to someone like me then take the hit, trade-in and enjoy your GS430 cuz it's a nice upgrade.
