welcome dude, im in canada too where u at?
so far not kit to convert a 2JZ-GE into a 2JZ-GTE infact it really would require a lot of un neccessary work. I am planning to put in a 2JZ-GTE from a supra into m ycar, which will yeild the same performance as a v300 with even greater tuning options. Stay tuned.

FMAX has a turbo kit for the 2JZ-GE.
Actually all the parts for a turbo are rather easy to get (as long as you have the cash). The hard part is the manifold. A 2JZ-GTE manifold is NOT a direct bolt on for the non-turbo engine.
FMAX will sell the manifold with the kit or separately. Also, Powerhouse Racing, a Supra modifier has done a turbo on a few GS, SC and IS(s). They build their own manifold. WHatever you do, expect to shell out $5-8 K.

that turbo kit is for the older GS3 no? well some companies are brining out kits for the IS3, and im pretty sure those will bolt up to a GS3 so you are in luck. About the 2JZ-GE -> 2JZ-GTE conversion.. i wanted to do this a while ago but v300 (he actually has one) told me a lot of work has to be done such as oil line, ports dont line up (exhaust port, need custom exhaust manifold in other words) well this is how i understand it i could be totally wrong, and probobly am.
Your best bet is to go with a turbo kit from toyomoto or F-Max or some company that makes one for the GS3 or take ur chance on an IS3 kit, although it may need some mods to make it fit (just piping)
