thats what i was suggesting. my drivers servo is now going out and sounds EXACTLY like this....although my passenger ones didnt make quite this noise when they were going out

any one ever figure out what it is i have the same sound but mine is coming from the cluster area..

I have the same chirping noise when my A/C is on.

I fixed it by turning up the volume, problem solved; cost: $0.00, effort level: smarta**

As a number of members here suggested, it did end up being the "Servo(s)".

Here are the part numbers I had to get:
87106-30371
87106-30351
See the attached picture to get an idea of what these parts look like.

The parts cost $293.92 (total for both) at Carson Toyota and a shop put them in for $75 (a bit of a friendly discount since I knew someone there, not sure what the going rate is).

I hope this helps someone down the road.

Correct, the noise is now completely gone. The sounds (which turned to a combo of chirps and loud clicks) were getting to be very frequent and annoying. The repairs cost a bit more than I expected but it was well worth it to me. Hope this helps someone down the road. Thanks for all of the suggestions, many of them were spot on.
