Default Coolant Leak, Need help identifying seal

I drive a 2000 Lexus GS300, my coolant has been leaking from a location near the engine. I don't know much about it, but I think I need an O ring or some sort of seal. The pictures attached show the leak, could someone tell me what O-ring or seal I would need? I tried to research O-rings but I saw many different kinds. Also would it be easy for me to replace on my own or would I have to take it into a shop. Thanks

Thanks, I just got my timing belt done at 90k, I am at 110k. I was wondering if it was easy to just change that seal
