Seatbelt pads
Do you guys think that seatbelt pads would look dumb in my car? I was thinking the same ones as that are in this pic, and yes that is a horrible looking car, but it was the only picture I could find with the pads installed.

I was thinking either like black or gray. Or do you guys think a different color, also where can I get them and how much are they? If I get them should I get front and rear, or just front? Any input or opinions would be appreciated. Below is a link for a picture of my interior to see what colors I am already working with.

Thanks,
Matt

Those arent really my style, so I would stay away from them. I would probably get some if I had racing seats, harnesses etc., but I dont know how well they'd blend in a relatively stock lexus interior.

I agree...they are very ricer unless you have FULL race interior...if you just want pads for comfort, get some plain jane ones that don't have "R" or "VTEC" or "LEXUS RACING" or some other gay *** ***** embroidered on it...everyone knows you drive a Lexus, you're seatbelt pads don't need to advertise it...

mcnelson,
nice choice going with a plain gray instead of some funky bright color if you really want pads. i personally always thought the pads made me feel weird. someone had huge factory one and it felt like something irregular was taped on me

Technically speaking, we are modding an automatic car. Technically we are ALL POSERS. Purists would NEVER drive an automatic. So TECHNICALLY speaking, you can add 15k rims, a 30k bodykit, and custom seatbelts with built in seatbelt pads and GUESS WHAT.
THat dude in a 996 Turbo is looking at your monkey-a$$ like "sigh, an automatic", no matter how CORRECT your car is.
So you can talk about us "ricers" and PURISTS will talk about you POSERS.
