Poly, I picked up the front bumper a few months back from the classified section.
Funny enough, this car is a full Lsportline theme (wheels, kit and rear spoiler), looks nice.

Polyurethane. I
think Lsportline and RMM (both nice old-school kits) are the only poly kits.
