Default Cannot get rotor off 1999 gs300

In desperate need of some help, my car is up on cinder blocks out in the street right now.

I removed all bolts, calipers, etc but the rotor seems to be attached by a spring to the hub. I beat the ***** out of the old rotors to loosen the rust and the rotor moves forward about 1/4 inch, but springs back into place. Any suggestions?

Are you talking about the rear rotors? Did you release the e-brake??

when putting on the new brake pads, does the lube that comes with the pads go on the back in between the caliper and the pad?

Yes you put the lube in between the metal backing plate and the thin pieces of pads they give you. Don't put in between the pads and rotors
