LOL, hold on a little while longer...
I have been going back and forth with CL members with pms.
Mainly because the airride fuse blew twice. So I will need to upgrade the wiring to a 4 awg. And run 2 (30 amp) fuses.
And at the same time, I am getting a grounding kit done.
This will be done on Saturday, and I can get pics of the work being done in order to keep this thread going...

But thats what happens with increased power, got to sacrifice something...
The driveabilty is great, just very few minor minor things have to be ironed
out in the tune. Along with the cold start, but with Jeff's help it should soon reach perfection or close enough to not notice.
Anyways;
Well what I have understood about the arride setup and wiring is that:
1) Two compressors
2) Currently have 8 awg wire, and 10 awg wires (These will be upgraded)
3) The fuse placed in the fuse holder kept blowing, this is because of the
current going through was heating up the seals along the inside of the
fuse.
Which makes the fuse loose its flow of electricity, therefore compressors
are not kicking in.
Now I have looked into the following (Help from Mr. Jokster & Speedaddic):
Running 4 awg wires, with a 60 amp fuse, a distribution block,
with 2 (30 amp) fuses. Along with 2, 40 amp fuse relays.
I am thinking about putting in a breaker, but not sure yet.
Then of course, which will also be done Saturday is the grounding kit with
4 awg wires.
I will look into 0 awg, but would that not be overkill ?
What do you think Brian ??? And anyone, since Saturday is only a few days away.
thanks

I may also need to upgrade the alternator sometime down the road, and defiantely get an upgraded battery.
I just replaced my old oem battery with a new one, in March.
But before winter hits my area, I will get an optima or a kinetik battery.
I will also be working on it, along with the shop's technician. So I will have to probably pay for an hours worth of labor.
Now how could you not know that pms on forums
= private messages ...

Hopefully not many more people read it as the way you did, or else we will need to find a different acronym for private messages.

LOL, everyone knows pms is private messages.
It was a play on with the acronym; at the same time it can be taken into context with the frequent suggestion for Updates...
And I saying I will update...
For those that have been following the thread.
But this Saturday, I will take pics of the wiring, and grounding kit.
Also get some decent shots with the car slammed.
