2001 gs300 a/c controls problem, air only blows on the floor
My air doesn't blow thru the correct ports it only blows on the floor, the left top port has a very faint amount air blowing through it. On the dash of the A/C control module everything looks normal. I can select a number of settings and the air still blows on the floor..So I'm sweating and my feet are freezing?? The thing I feel is working correctly would be the speed of the blower motor you can actually hear or feel it change speeds. Car looks great but i'm feeling a little ridiculous driving it...please help.

You have a malfunctioning mode servo. It is a common problem. See this thread for details:
