Glad to hear you're rebuilding, it's a beautiful car and it'd be a shame to give up on all that work you've put in.

I was wondering about that too, must be some kind of superstition but I've never heard it.

sorry to revive an old thread but i got a few plans in store hopfully my car is back up and running by end of summer or before. Im not selling my Mayas yet fellas. So if you dont see a FS thread please dont PM. And thank you guys for all the interest you guys have shown in my project/DD and all the interest in the parts everyone wants lol. I will be getting my mayas repaired. And i decided i am just going to keep my 19" BS5's and make me an aggressive set of 19s.

hopefully when i get the car back i will have it back in order then its time buy me an airrunner kit!! and my 19" BS5s will be mounted on by then.

Just for some info for my self my lowenharts are 19x8+28 all the way around. Now lets say i make them a staggered set and go 19x10 and 19x11 my new offsets will be +3 and - 22, right? if not can someone school me on this? thanks

Just curious...are you having them widened by a local shop or sending them out to have it done?

Also, when/if you get this offset info can you share it? I'm contemplating a set of 19x8s that I want to have widened as well. Thanks and good luck.
