Yeah it's a little off. But when I look at my GS300, I have the feeling that the front is higher than the rear. So I guess the lowering springs compensate for that difference.

The weight of the engine compensates for the difference in height. With the lowering of the car it evens of the height... IMHO... good project to confirm...

I went with the Tanabe NF210's. The NF stands for "Normal Feeling". KYB GR-2 were pretty close to the price of OEM Lexus replacement shocks so I got those instead. The drop is nice. It took away the excess front wheel gap and my GS4 sits even. I dont like it when the rear sits lower than the front. I like a raked stance.

Ride quality feels as smooth as it was before if the bumps are NOT jarring. If the bumps are more abrupt, you can feel the car being somewhat stiffer than stock. I figure Tanabe designed the spring rate to be progressive so the spring gets stiffer as it gets compressed further. Im happy with it. Its a Lexus. I wanted it to ride as nice as one.

My Lexus rides smoother than the EIBACH Pro Kits with Tokico shocks I have in my Prelude and the TEIN Super Street coilovers I have in my CRX. Im sure the vehicles will vary the results too. My Dodge Caravan rides the smoothest of the all......LOL.

I got some tein cs coilovers and they ride really smooth compared to my old shock/spring combo.
