Mo has been realy busy getting his and others cars ready for a race this weekend. I stopped by Thursday night when he was starting to tune his IS. The race is going on at MIR today so after this weekend it should get better. One of my boys SC is there and he told him straight up, he wouldn't get to it till after this weekend.

Any noticeable gains on the intake? I admit they do sound beefy...

if you are not satisfied buy something off ebay.
your first post was on 6/12 its 6/25 now did you have to win a race or something?
Srt on a gs400 is the best I love it that is the best mod I could do to my car
so i support Moe and his company SRT because he came up with products specifically designed for a 2nd gen lexus gs that I love
ya it sucks you had to wait but if you dont want to theres other options

$600 for an intake? That's a lot of money for some piping, and what, a tune? You could get an Injen, apexI neo, and tune it for around the same amount.

I respect your opinion & That's cool and all but im out $600.
Here the spot im in. No one at SRT(Mo) picks up, no voicemail for past 2 weeks(supposedly VM is full) Response to my email...right!!!
I have not received a response in over a month, still waiting.

So what options do i have... I'm glad you support their products. Would you say the same thing if you were in my shoes? Not even a response, sorry about the delay... More like opps you got jacked...

The voicemail actualy says that they are backed up on orders and are focused on getting them out. My boy picked up his SC this week from the shop because they are working on getting all the previous orders filled and don't have time for his car right now. I'm just saying that they are trying to catch up and they know they got behind. Sorry this happened to you. I hope you get your intake soon. & the race was last weekend (the 19th I think). After that all calls go to voicemail because they are not taking any new orders at this time.

Bleh SRT has good stuff but customer service and time management seems to be an issue, hence me never dealing with them. My girl needs an intake for her IS but we will just look for a used one or do another intake with safc.
