QBranchCars , you said you have got 18" AVS Sport, I have 265/30/10 AVS Sport any idea on what pressure I should be running cold? Right now I am at 32 cold.

Not sure what the '10' is in the number above since your sig says you have 19x9's (all around I assume). Maybe you have 19x10 in the back with 265s??

Anyway, I personally think your pressure should be at least 36.

Unhappy Nail 1, GS 0

Well, I usually check my tire pressure every 2 weeks, I keep every tire at 37~38 psi.

Today I stripped the tire off the wheel, and found the culprit after looking inside the tire. A metal object has puctured through my tire. It was buried deep, so you could not see it from the outside, but once the tire is off the wheel, it was just right there. I've enclosed the picture below.

Right now I appreciate that the Dunlop SP9000 did not come apart on me while I was going at 80MPH. Had it done so, not only I would destroy my rim, but also I might have a spin-out, with sparks flying. Thank you, Dunlop!

Wow, a nail did that.
I guess that's what you get when you buy cheap tires at the five and dime. Oh wait, can you buy expensive tires at a five and dime store? Come to think of it NO!

So the rip up was due to the rim.

I think you should add 4-5psi cold. It'll ride harsher. If I recall, the AVS are rated at 51psi max, so you'll be OK.
