Instead of buying the JDM piece, I had my OEM center piece custom converted to Blackwood.

No gaps here.

Yep that's the only way to go. Also one of the reasons I sold it to much of a perfectionest to live with the gap but nice pieces none the less. OP hope Ur enjoying them!!!!!
