Hi,

Do all 2001+ gs430's come with half leather/ half wood steering wheels? Im looking at an 2002 and it doesnt have a wood steering wheel. Its just tan and kinda of perforated. Did someone swap it out? I've driven a few 2003 gs430's and they all had the wood steering wheels.

01 GS430 is an option. I believe 03+ is standard.

My 03 GS430 has an all leather steering wheel. I'm kind of bummed because I want the wood wheel myself. Very odd though as it had all options. Nav, ML and works.

you do have an option to ebayit and purchase a wood steering wheel cover for around $40. I know its plastic and rubber but if you just want to looks its an option for you. I also found real wood steering wheel but its going to lighten up your wallet by $400-800 bucks. I'd rather use that amount to change transmission fluid/filter and other tune-ups IMO. Good luck bud.

not that im doubting you since i dont know for 100% but i have NEVER seen a gs430 without wood....regardless of year.
