Ask them to raise the car and show them the fuel lines. It shouldn't require a rocket scientist to spot a leak there. $400 is only acceptable for a fix if they give you two hours at the Bunny Ranch in Nevada as well. The fuel components on our cars are fairly easy to get to.

I think your warranty is 3yr / 50K (whichever comes first), not sure tho. I agree with the other members, I wouldn't let anyone touch that besides Lexus. I know they charge more, but 99% of the time they take care of you.
Good luck!

Hermosa is right. New car bumper-to-bumper is 4yr/50k and certified pre-owned is 3yr/100k total vehicle mileage.
The powertrain warranty is longer and rust is about 10yr/unlimited miles. Not exactly sure on they year/miles for powertrain.

Sorry to hear about your car. Luckily you didn't get hit on the freeway as your car started to stall. Keep us posted on what the outcome or results are.
I probably wouldn't let any other shop do any work on it except Lexus, they are probably high but you know they'll take care of you.

My guess
My guess is that a line broke. None of the fuel lines up front slip on. They are all heavy duty hoses with crimped metal connections.
Cracked FI rail is also unlikely though anything is possible.
Fuel pressure reg or dampner falling apart is also very unlikiely.
Now if the fuel is coming from under the rear seat since the fuel takn is located there, it is very possible that the main fuel pressure line did come apart since it is connected to the fuel pump housing with only a plastic slip fitting. This is a known problem area along the with the fuel pump on GS's.
Of course everything is speculation at this point without the car in front of me to diagnose. Good thing is that is should be pretty easy to spot and fix.
Let us know.

update
okay.. here is an update...
i'm not very technical person but from what i understood this is a fuel pump and they charing me $250 (parts+labor) to replace it.
and lexus dealership didn't had it in stock so they overnight it from lexus itself.. and it will be here in the morning.. so my car will be done somewhere around noon.

i've been owner of lexus for 4 years now and i never had such a break down.. so i guess i hoped/assumed that it will never happened and never got membership at AAA..
i guess i though since lexus the most reliable car it will never break.. i'm trying to give it a good maintance.. whenever i feel a problem i go to the mechanic right away..
but i guess it will never hurt to still be a AAA member...
