that happend to me..i also did the screwdriver technique..but i heated it before bending so the metal can get alil softer to bend and the paint wont crack..goodluck
happened to me too. u should get the eastwood fender finisher. that would work great on it.
what i did was use a hammer and hammer it back in. first i heat it up, bend it back with some pliers(over some cloth of course) and then hammer the rest up. looks OEM.
nah the paint chipped a bit......
I looked at that Eastwood Fender Finisher. It looks like this may help me. I've already bent the inner lip back into place. Now all I need to fix is the waviness and flaring. The paint chip is not as bad as some I've seen. I will try with a heat gun and c-clamp tomorrow. If that doesn't work, I may look into getting that Eastwood Fender Finisher. It'll still cost less than repairing it at the body shop.
same thing happen to me.I stuck a screwdriver between the tire and fender and bend it back in place.added Wheel Well Molding after that. http://www.vinylgraphics.net/shopexd.asp?id=5786 they should have you color.I think it look pretty good with the moldings.
OK. So this happened to me again today but in a different spot. The paint is chipping like crazy now and I think I'm going to try this wheel molding out. Thanks for the link.
