Default Need Opinions on Rims.

So as some of you may have seen from my thread w/ my GS in it.. Those rims have got to go, so i'm in the market to look for some new ones to trade for or buy (if they're not to expensive).

I'm not trying to go buy a 2k package of rims, so don't post anything that's super expensive. If there are any alloy rims that are really nice post those up 'cause i'd rather alloy over chrome. Most likely gonna go to the shop this weekend and try getting the wheels done so yeah. If anyone has ideas or names/pics of rims that would look awesome on a GS let me know. I'm open to all.

Nice.

Glad to know i'm already headed in the direction I need to be.

OH! And I guess some good info to add is that i'm planning on going VIP style with the car, so maybe that'll help figure out which rims are good to get.

I would check the wheel and tire classifieds or the vendor classifieds. Good luck on your search.

what happened to searching? You're in the market for wheels and want people to post up choices for you so you don't have to search?

How about you post up wheels that you like and ask opinions on them?

Because a lot of people have added wheels/taken them off and know how it looks on a GS and if it looks good or like trash. I'm asking for advice, not for people to do things for me. I don't want to get a set of wheels that ends up looking like crap and having to dish out another few hundred for a new set. I want to get a good set from the start and stick with them until i'm ready to upgrade if I decide to. I have searched and have been looking, but i'm asking people with experience for advice and tips on what to get. Excuse me for asking OG's in the game for help. Never knew it was such a kick in the ***** to ask for opinions on what would look right and what wouldn't. This is a car that we're talking about and cars cost a lot of $$$, this isn't a pair of shoes and a outfit of clothes that you can buy and return a million times until you get something that looks right together.

Anyways, I was looking at Eurolines, but they're way out of my pocket range. Other than that i've been looking at stock alloy rims for Lexus' to see if there's anything that catches my attention.

Noob question: Will all Lexus rims work on any model/year Lexus? Or will just GS's go with GS's and LS's w/ LS's etc..

Hey I also agree with alloy. I have some 19" HPs? on my car now. I am going to sell them becaue I really like the euroline and lionhart brands. I will b selling them for about $1000 with the tires on them. No rash or scuff been on car for about one month

If those are the rims you want, save up for them. Just roll on some stockies for now. A 'temporary' set of wheels is just a bigger tease. I think you'll be much happier in the future with a set that you absolutely want.

@ Scann: I like those rims, they look real nice. Right now i'm low on cash, but if I can scrap together 1k or so I just might give you a holler if I decide that I can't find anything else on the market that I like/prefer.

Btw, your GS is looking right. Real clean.
