I had 35% on my old GS with tan interior. It looked too light for me. My GS now has 20% on front/rear side windows, 5% on back window with black interior, it looks great!! My tacoma has 20% with tan interior, it looks good also but still a little too light for my taste.

 

You should be good with 20% tint.

i got 5% on all the side windows, 35% on the front windshield, and 15% on the whole back window and i have light interior also.

Have you ever sat/drove a car with 5%,15%,20% and 35% before? Ask a tint shop or a friend tor a few sitting to give you a idea. If you are use to OEM tint and want a darker look do 20%. I had limo all around before and it was a bit scary to drive at night. 15% is comftable enough for me and does not show the tan interior if that is what you are looking for.

 

yes, it is limo tint. my old es has 3% ALL the way around with a 16" strip on the windshield.

i did the difference in % on the front,rear, and sides because IF he a cop drives by me he'll see the 5% and pull behind me and then with the back and front % he will be able to see all the way through my car so theoretically he will assume since my car is black the side windows arent as dark as he thought.

in 2 years i have ONLY been pulled over 2 times, got one ticket, took it to court and got it dismissed but both came by this small police dept in a suburb in Memphis called Bartlett where the cops have PLENTY to do besides pull people over for tint but DON'T.
