OK..After a long waiting, searching and hunting, I've finally found my GS. it's '01 430 with 4100 miles and it's like brand new condition. Thanks to all who has participated and helped me with decision and guidance.
Now that I have owned this car, I am just wondering if anyone know of any outstanding recalls out there for this car?

I couldn't believe it either. They sent me carfax report, looked clean and legit. I saw the oil change sticker says "next service is 02/03/2010 or 42342 miles and we're already in July and it's only 41200 miles. That did give me a good feeling that they haven't driven this car at all. It does look brand new. Not even 1 small scratch/ding or dent...
I paid $15k for it out the door...I hope that is a good deal....it's black on black and have navi system...eveything looks flawless...It vibrates a little which needs balance/rotate and brakes need some work...
Oh 1 more thing both heated seat are not working even though the lights (on the button) are lit...Haven't had a chance, but can it be as simple as a fuse?? If fuse is bad, will this light lit if you turn it on???

heated seats in these cars are unreliable from what I have been told due to seating being too soft and the weight of the person sitting in the seat breaks the heating element. Mine work intermittenly, but mostly not.
if the car has sat for awhile it may have some flat spots on the tires. My Dad bought my Stepmom an SL years ago, 6 years old and it had 12K miles, the tires had flat spots for the first 2-3 weeks.

The heated seats are also proportional to the heat setting on the climate control, so wait for a cool day and crank the heat, then you should be able to tell if they are working.
