Door unlocks but won't/strains to lock
My R/F door will unlock without issue but strains or doesn't lock with the power door locks and has to be locked manually. I was thinking it is the actuator but was thinking that it wouldn't unlock if that were the problem. I've searched a bunch of the actuator threads but didn't see anything resembling my issue.

I had similiar troubles with one door, it was perfectly unlocking, but didn't lock. It was actuator problem, I've opened it and found that one of the contacts was bent. You have to open your actuator. See actuator fix thread for more information.
