how to ENABLE DRL??
so i've been away from lexus's for about an year now. but i am back and just recently picked up a GS3
i need some help. i cant find anything on turning ON my DRLs.
i only see a bunch of info on how to turn them off.
they work when i flash my highbeams. but they dont turn on as DRLs. they also dont stay on when i push the light **** forward. the highbeams only turn on when i hold them toward me.
. . . i dont know if that makes any sense but some help would be awsome

i believe i do have DRL. i have all the fuses for it. but they are not working. even the high beams wont work!
