Default TC Sportline strut bar

hey guys, I have a gs400 and my buddy's friend has 2 strut bars front and rear for sale. The thing is that he has a gs300...so i was wondering if they would fit on my car and if it would clear the engine cover without any modification. any help would be appreciated

GS3s engine sits higher than does the v8. So if it fits on his 300 it will fit on your v8.

I find the GS3 engine cover is fugly. I'd rather see the TB and intake manifold rather than that piece of plastic.
