Dang, I have this install on my gs. But it seems find, next oil change I'm going back to my stocks then. fudge...

Ive been running magnetic drain plugs in my Hondas and my Lexus for years with no problems. I think you should post what brand or source you got your magnetic plug from because there are too many variables here.

you did it wrong, you first torque it down to 180 ft.lbs then back off half a turn

Guys, lets not get outtahand, lol I was just dropping off some information on how the magnetic drain plugs can fail. thats it..no need to debate on what brand, how much torque, etc. this was just an FYI on what could happen to you.
