Do the 2000 GS300s have the same mirrors (rear view mirrors) as those from 2003-2005? Thought i read something about a mirror change in 2003. Is this true?

To add what Lexus GSF wrote, here are some good images of how a 01+ GS side mirror comes apart in two parts. Now mind you that this is an aftermarket LED mirror cover, but you can see how the 01+ mirrors are different than the 98-00.

sakataj is correct, you can use mirrors from 98-00 on 01-05 they bolt up and plug in with out any problems. I have a set of 99 mirrors on my 04 GS, when ever I get my original mirrors back from overseas I'll have a set for sale.
