The problems are due to install error on my part I only bring that up so people dont sway away from air. The link posted above was from routing the hose wrong and in this case (as mentioned) riding with no air in bag all the time is a no no! LoL Well when you dont have proper modifications to let you do so that is.

My advice... do it right the first time and you'll be fine like most of those with air Ive made a lot of changes to my set up that were never meant to be, so its trial and error on what I've done

Oh and just get the Air Runner kit, probably have no problems with that like with UAS

what has me puzzled is how u can ride with only 15PSI up front. That's like being fully deflated and just riding on just the strut.

My gauges haven't been calibrated. Do the math compared to yours, my regular drive height is about 30psi up front and 34psi out back which puts my fender lines right at the rim lip.

When fully deflated I tap the button to just give me enough Pffff to get me off the ground

Wow! So as you all know UAS is located in San Bernardino. Well, I'm located in dead center of valley. I looked up the tracking number for the bags... WTF?! They passed right by me and went to West Sacramento! thats so retarded! I understand how it all works (used to do shipping) still though, I could have had them today!

Too bad you can't machine some sort of cup to fit over the bag. Or maybe you can, just haven't thought of it yet? That way it'd rub on the metal cup, and not the bag itself.

I would think that if built correctly and solid, it can be done

oh yea I believe that. I was more talking about if the cup was made ever so slightly bigger than the bag (enough to clear it) with some like 10 gauge steel that wont move when the arm hits it. It should be fine. oh and I'm talking about welding the cup to the strut itself when I said solid, I ment solid!
