Hello CL I am new here. I just purchased my first lexus which is a gs300. I was planning on running 7series bmw wheels if they fit. Does anyone know if it would be difficult or would I need a offset conversion? Thanks.

You would need an adapter from 5x114.3 to 5x120 as the 7series wheels are 5x120 while the GS is 5x114.3.
