The tail lights are the thin LED's with modified turn signal housings. I can't remember who made the roof spoiler, but it wasn't anything crazy expensive.

there's 5 lexus cars on that page and the 6th one (an acura tl) has more goodies than any of the other cars, he can play with big boys of vip any day of the week.
