So I finally pulled out the wire from its base. The wires comes from the back of the engine along the transmission side.
Well, all three wires came out from its base and only one wire is intact. The white wire is intact and the rest came off.
Any suggestion to remedy this problem?

I can't solder it back on because I don't know which is which. I'm curious to know of the wiring is the same for the right side. that way, I can cut one from from the right side and reattach it to the broken one... I doubt the junk yard would sell this part. Suggestion?
btw, P0135 on v8 lexus is driver side on exhaust manifold... no one ever answered my question on this one so just in case someone else is looking.

same thing happen to me back on my gs300. since the wiring is long enough i was able to cut the old and soldered everything new and wrapped each in shrink wrap. i would extend the wire a bit to give it a little slack before you reattach so it wont tug off again in the future. from oem that one wire is perfect in length no drag or slack.

Old thread, I know... but so is my car.
Anyway, I had p0135 CEL code. Decided that with 138,000 miles on my 2001 GS430 that I might as well change all 4 o2 sensors... can't hurt, right?
Well, I changed them (those manifold ones are a biotch).
Cleared CEL. All is right in the universe. For about 40 miles.
CEL is back on with another p0135.
Where is this picture taken of the wiring I need to check? This does not look like a picture of the connector on the o2 sensor itself. Is it the receptacle? If so, how the heck do you get to the back of it without removing half the engine?
Any help or guidance is appreciated. If I can't easily fix this, I may just trade the car in on a porsche or something -- However, milking my 2001 for a few more years is just what this miser would enjoy more than a porsche
Many thanks,
DR
