I am running 18x9 -10 in the front with basically no fender mods but bending the tabs up and I am thinking of rolling the fenders and adding a 10 mm spacer.. And in the rear I am running 18 x 10 -20 which took a bit of work to make fit.

How can you get away with fitment like that in the front and not ruin your fenders? I am running 19x8.5 +21 with 225/40/19 with rolled fenders and I still managed to mess up my front fenders. I guess it comes down to camber and stretched tires and the fact your wheels are 1" smaller. I know I'm running a "fat tire" set up, but you figure even with a 225mm width, I'd be able to go up driveways without rubbing badly.

To the OP, did you end up going with this wheel setup? I bought the same setup 18x10 +25 all around and still contemplating on the tire sizes especially for the front. If you any pics pls post. Thanks.

Honestly if you are wondering if they will 'work' then you may not be ready for them.

And really same size front and rears is gona look weird.

The rear is fine but the front.. yea
