I have the same problem too, the only way to kind of cool the air is by turning on the fan to the highest setting with the A/C Off of course, but besides that the air is always warm.
The AC is fine on the car, its freezing cold just when its getting fresh air from the outside with the fan off, even on cold nights its warm...
But if I have the fan on- and set to say 65°F its fine.....
