c'mon sak, you cant blame the woofer... your amp isnt built for a single woofer. Doubt you'll ever be happy running a single woofer on that amp. That damn shop should have told you that already! I promise, you will blow this one again in a few weeks...

Werd
get 2-3 12"s inna sealed enclosure, that would do the trick.
I wish I can afford RE subs. MMATS dreadnauts could also help you out, they're affordable.

well see nathaniel, we'll see, haha i easily could blow it up that quick. i literally sent in my RA form this morning.... i just dunno i wanna get 2 of those 12' s or EVEN 2 10's
so now you saying i wouldnt be happy with that ONE Level V sub?
well no sub will match with that amp for a daily set up. Sure these woofers can handle that power and what not, but they really werent made to handle it on a daily basis. That level 5 would take it cause its built like a beast, but I think eventually its gonna heat up. 2 Level 5's or possibly 2 of those XXX's. would do it, however those XXX's are massive and will take up so much of the air space in that box; meaning you would need a much bigger box
I'd do 3 tens on that rear deck and dispurse that power to 3 of them and call it a day
i wish i knew how to do after market amp set up...im scared to go through with it cuz of the OEM navi.. looks good.
there plenty of converters out there. The latest one is the MS-8 sound processor complete with time alignment, etc.. etc..., the only problem is it's expensive.
All you need is left and right speaker level feed to the thing and it will process them to 8 seperate channels so you can send that signal to all the amps you want with superior SQ. I think you can get them from ebay for around 700 bux shipped.
