I'm surpised they are allow to transport a vehicle upside down like that. Its gonna leak all kinds of fluids all the way to the yard. So they had to drag it on its' top to get it on the flatbed?

So, may I ask you if the red light runner drove an old crappy car? since that what happened to my sister a month ago. she was stopping in a freeway jam and an uninsured 1992 crappy ford hit her in 60 mph. and her car got total lost also.
