Some of you might now the saga behind my car, so I will not go into all details, but this is gettting to be pretty ridiculus. Now, I finally got the car back from the body shop...(was side-swiped by some moron) anyway...The body lines don't really line up all that well and there are many gaps...I have taken it back a few times, but nothing...argh. The gaps look like they were caused by a bad bondo job! argh...what to do what to do...I mean, first...the lower panels were not replaced after the accident when they were obviously out of shape. Second, I complained, so they ended up replacing the two rear ones leaving the front two intacted. Now...the panel colors don't match up!!! I called them again, and the person I have been dealing with for about 3 yrs now is getting annoyed by me! I mean, look the paint doesn't match...there is gaps between the lower panels and the upper portion of the doors (bad bondo job). I mean, what can I really do in my position? The were a reputable company...all my friends go there...my parents go there...etc etc...This is not fair of them! I have seen much better!

BTW...I have not brought up the issue of it being a bad bondo job...lol This is going to be interesting!
Here are some other issues...Bolts are missing...The rear bumper cover has a decent size gap between the body and the the chrome trim...argh, this is really bugging me!

See that's the thing. I have delt with them in the past and a bunch of my friends. We have never had a problem until now. I am given the run around everytime I want them to work on it, etc... At this point, I think I will try talking to the manager and see what he says then straight to the insurance company because I have not signed for any of it

Threaten them that you will report this too the your local news agency and they will expose this all over the news. I bet that would put a fire under their ***. Nothing worse that bad publicity!

easiest solution, just sell the car dude, take a loss and move on, really that's the best solution, trade it in with the dealer....they'll just give you poo for the trade in value... and make you sign some paper about body damage, but you'll leave with a new car !
