I looked out my window this morning to see all of my windows down and my sunrooof in the parking lot of apartment here at school , fortunatly nothing was stolen but anyways...

I went in the car and tried to turn the windows up, they went up but about 5 seconds after they went up the key light by the gauge dimmer started blinking and the windows went back down. I recently got the battery in my remote changed and only one of the buttons on the remote work, i'm not sure if that has something to do with it. I clicked the unlock button about 3 times and the windows stopped rolling back down. What is going on ? I am very nervous now

Well apparently one of the hidden features is that if you hold the lock button down for 5 seconds everything will open. I am wondering if my unlock button got jammed or a drink spilled on it. The window are fine now after I kept clicking the unlock button so hopefully thats all it is.

Almost positive it is your key. You can either take it to the dealer to turn the feature of or replace the key.
Perhaps a can of electrical contact cleaner would help if it had something spilled on it.

this problem is seen among mercedes it happened to my sisters clk. The dealer ship said its from moisture getting into the electrical system
