it rides fine as long as the oem shocks are in good condition and is not an aggressive drop. if you have a more aggressive drop 2in and lower i would definitely invest in set of shock as well to pair up with the springs. i had eibach with my oems and they ride fine, but when you brake you see the front end dip like no tomorrow. changed out to kyb's now and they ride fine.

I have Tanabe NF210's that drop the car 1.2in front 1in rear and I'm gonna put em on stock shocks. Stay within 2 inches of a drop and you'll have no problems.

usually within 1" is ok with OEM shocks... anything after that, just invest in aftermarket shocks...

Tien H Tech give a very nice 1.1/.6 drop witch looks very tastful with a set of 235/55-16s. You end up with a small fender gap, level sitting car, and just barely miss most curbs.

I have them with KYB GR2, as with 76k I thought it made sense do just do the labor once. I did ponder buying oem shocks, but went with the oem replacement. I have a 99 with the eibach & KYB performace shocks and I really prefer the H Tech GR2 combo.
